Abstract guidelines<\/span>
<\/b>The abstract should not exceed 2500 characters (incl. spaces) and requires a title, author list (last name, first initial) with affiliations and keywords (5 max.).<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Poster presentation<\/span>
<\/b>For the poster session, design a poster (portrait format<\/strong>)\u00a0visualizing your research and most interesting findings. Please prepare a poster pitch of maximal 2 minutes for the jury, who will visit your poster on<\/span> June 4th or June 5th <\/strong><\/span>during the dedicated poster sessions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Oral presentation<\/span>
<\/b>Presenters are allotted 5 minutes presentation time with an additional 5 minutes Q&A.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All abstracts are accepted for a poster presentation. Students and PhD candidates are encouraged\u00a0to apply for a speed presentation during the 'young scientist' day, May 30th. For professionals, we have created the opportunity to apply for a speed presentation during the open session on the members day, May 31st. For 4th\/senior\u00a0PhD\u00a0candidates, it is possible to apply for a platform presentation on the Member day, May 31st.
