Abstract submission is open from 14-02-2025. The deadline for abstract submission is extended to 14-04-2025.
Abstract guidelines
The abstract should not exceed 2500 characters (incl. spaces) and requires a title, author list (last name, first initial) with affiliations and keywords (5 max.).
Poster presentation
For the poster session, design a poster (portrait format) visualizing your research and most interesting findings. Please prepare a poster pitch of maximal 2 minutes for the jury, who will visit your poster on June 4th or June 5th during the dedicated poster sessions.
Oral presentation
Presenters are allotted 5 minutes presentation time with an additional 5 minutes Q&A.

– PhD/MSc Speed Presentation (only applicable for those abstract submitted until April 14th)
– PhD/MSc Poster
